* recognition that no result in the objective world is guaranteed and in any case will result from the actions and decisions of the User or Licensee of the methodology
* strict compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation
By the author methods GSR The author's rights are confirmed by numerous copyrighted materials, publications, videos on the Internet (GSR website, YouTube, VK, Telegram channels, etc.), depositing materials on specialized sites.
The author grants a non-exclusive right to use certain parts of the methodology (Modules) To Licensees and Users on a contractual basis. The Author's personal non-property rights and exclusive property rights remain with the Author.
Each module, like any other result of the author's work, is transmitted "as is", and the Author is not responsible for expectations from the methodology and warns about the subjectivity of his methodology as the result of the author's work.
Individuals who voluntarily engage in GSR practices are divided into two groups: Users and Licensees.
Licensees (GSR specialists of Module 2 and higher) have the right to distribute the Author's methodology with prior notice to the Author, and to provide GSR services to third parties. Licensees are required to comply with the legislation of the Russian Federation on entrepreneurial activity, register as entrepreneurs or self-employed, enter into contracts with customers (Users), reflect the revenue received and pay the necessary taxes in accordance with the current legislation, follow the methodology and do not make changes to it.
Users can receive services in the field of GSR from Licensees, and when purchasing a license to use the author's methodology (1 Module), they have the right to use the author's methodology only for themselves. Users do not have the right to use it for conducting commercial and non-commercial activities, and they do not have the right to provide GSR services to third parties.
GSR methodology It is aimed at working with the internal states of a person, the result of applying the technique is individual for each individual, subjective and not guaranteed.

GSR does not promise, guarantee or assume any responsibility for the occurrence or non-occurrence of objective physical and material changes in a person's life separately and independently of the actions, decisions or behavior of the person himself.
An important element of the methodology is the concept of "adequacy" for a person to make conscious independent decisions, perform responsible actions and make a rational assessment of the surrounding reality.
The scope of application of the methodology is determined by the User independently on the basis of the User's personal interest in the amount and form that they consider sufficient to achieve their personal goals.
The method is used by the User independently or with a GSR specialist (Licensee) within the competence of the specialist(Licensee), confirmed by the relevant Agreement.
